What you'll do

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered and review medication orders for completeness and accuracy
• transcribe physician orders
• document resident information and notify physicians and families as needed
• assist with admissions and discharges
• complete accident and incident reports and follow up investigations
• participate in care planning and conferences and update plans as needed
• maintain working relationships across disciplines
• participate in continuing education.
