What you'll do

• Manage housekeeping team members, including hiring, training, discipline, and performance reviews
• assist frontline staff when needed
• coordinate cleaning schedules with other departments
• manage the department budget and expenses
• order stock and equipment
• maintain policies and procedures
• inspect rooms and guest spaces
• and address customer and team member issues. Additional duties include coordinating special cleaning projects and pest control as needed.
