What you'll do

• Prepare the property and office for guests
• market and lease apartments
• assist with daily community operations, calls, work orders, data entry, and resident events
• conduct property tours
• develop sales and customer service techniques
• maintain apartment availability, prospect, and renewal records
• contact residents about lease renewals
• prepare and explain lease documents and move-in packages
• conduct applicant pre-qualification and rental verification
• follow screening policies
• assist with move-in and move-out procedures and inspect units for readiness.
