What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process architecture, controls, data requirements, KPIs, transformation roadmap, and performance outcomes
• lead the India OTC Center of Excellence with functional directors
• partner with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Product, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT
• lead automation and process improvement across order validation, billing, cash application, collections, and disputes.
