What you'll do

• Live onsite in a Family Home and provide direct care, structure, and supervision for youth
• create a supportive home environment using the Teaching Family Model
• teach life skills and support behavioral and personal challenges
• prepare meals, plan activities, and establish routines
• manage household budgeting, shopping, and transportation
• maintain cleanliness
• work with educators, specialists, and support staff
• respond to youth needs overnight while on duty
• follow safety, boundary, and mandated abuse-reporting requirements
• attend required training.
