What you'll do

• Provide information about zoning, sign, demolition, and other permit processes
• interpret town ordinances to assist customers
• receive and route applications, accept fees, issue approved permits, schedule and coordinate compliance inspections, and track permits
• greet the public, explain requirements, maintain electronic and paper records, handle complaints, and prepare reports.
