What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts
• guide onboarding from order confirmation through implementation
• manage annual renewals for Sensor Exchange Program and Extended Warranty agreements
• tailor contract terms and documentation
• develop expertise in equipment and service programs
• maintain proactive customer contact
• coordinate with Sales, Production, Technical Services, and Accounting
• prepare quotes, sales orders, and renewals
• maintain customer records
• support representatives and distributors
• relay customer feedback.
