What you'll do
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and record patient care and education
- support providers and coordinate complex care with internal and external team members
- provide onsite and telephone triage
- hire, supervise, orient, and evaluate staff
- coordinate training and conflict resolution
- support center flow and operations
- maintain supplies and medications
- ensure quality assurance measures and adequate clinical staffing
- provide patient assessments, medication administration, triage, education, and assistance with procedures and tests.
