What you'll do

• For Prep II: prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
• weigh, measure, and stage ingredients
• inspect ingredients and report issues
• maintain labeling, storage, and inventory controls
• follow food safety, sanitation, and GMPs
• operate prep equipment safely. For Cook II: prepare and cook products according to formulations, recipes, and batch sheets
• monitor cooking processes
• complete production records
• verify ingredient quality and recipe compliance
• report equipment or process issues
• maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• collaborate to meet production targets.

Why this role

Second shift runs 12:00 pm–8:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with possible weekend work. Prep and Cook roles have different stated hourly rates.
