What you'll do

• Develop recruitment strategies and source healthcare professionals through cold calling, leads, social media, and referrals
• screen candidates and assess licenses, experience, and education
• guide assigned candidates through pre-employment tasks, submissions, interviews, compliance, travel, assignments, and onboarding
• explain compensation packages
• coordinate with compliance and payroll
• partner with Sales/Account Management on client opportunities and staffing needs
• participate in training, meetings, and events.
