The Resort Food & Beverage General Manager is an onsite role located in Mc Gaheysville, VA. This role supports a year-round mountain resort by leading its flagship full-service restaurant. The role exists to drive guest impact and shape memorable dining experiences. The manager oversees front-of-house operations, collaborates with the culinary team, manages staffing and seasonal recruitment, and monitors key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.
