What you'll do

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• troubleshoot complex malfunctions
• explain system conditions and repair options to customers
• identify improvement and replacement opportunities
• assist with installations and technical support
• help maintain service procedures and quality standards
• mentor technicians as the team expands
• maintain a stocked company vehicle and clean work areas
• follow safety practices.
