What you'll do

• Coordinate loaner reservations, assignments, and returns
• verify customer eligibility and explain policies and insurance requirements
• complete agreements and vehicle documentation
• inspect vehicles before and after use
• track availability, mileage, fuel, and maintenance
• coordinate repairs, detailing, and routine maintenance
• communicate with service advisors
• report usage trends, damage, or shortages
• arrange shuttle or rental transportation when loaners are unavailable.
