The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid in Sandy Springs, GA, with one work-from-home day per week and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The posting lists a base salary of $80,000–$95,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and performance bonuses up to $25,000 per year. The role uses progress data to guide care and support meaningful outcomes.
What you'll do
- Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, and PEAK
