What you'll do

• Help ensure quality nursing care for residents and support nursing department standards
• ensure adequate nursing department staffing
• support in-service and staff development programs that meet nursing objectives and regulatory requirements
• provide clinical expertise for resident interventions
• help maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• supervise nursing personnel as directed by the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing.
