What you'll do

• Prepare and set up menu items
• serve food and related items on trays according to tickets and menus
• restock food and supplies
• serve meals
• clean trays, dishes, pots, and pans
• maintain sanitary kitchen facilities
• handle chemicals safely
• assist in the kitchen as needed
• communicate with dietary and other departments
• follow universal precautions and infection-control techniques.
