• Oversee daily janitorial operations across assigned accounts
• create staff schedules and coordinate coverage
• communicate among clients, supervisors, and staff
• support recruiting, onboarding, and training
• process payroll-related updates
• track inventory and supplies
• maintain client accounts and operational records
• prepare follow-up reports and work orders
• conduct inspections and coach staff
• oversee special projects and operational improvements
• support marketing and lead follow-up.
