The Flexographic Press Operator role is onsite in Crystal Lake, IL, with pay of $21–$26 per hour depending on experience. The position supports an established packaging manufacturer producing printed materials for medical device and pharmaceutical packaging. The operator runs and monitors Mark Andy flexographic presses, maintaining print quality and production efficiency. The role also supports troubleshooting, production documentation, and safe, organized equipment operations.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor Mark Andy flexographic presses
• produce printed materials to job specifications
• monitor color consistency, registration, and print quality
• adjust presses to maintain efficiency and minimize waste
• troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues
• assist Press Helpers
• maintain production and quality records
• clean and support equipment maintenance
• maintain a safe work area and follow safety and quality standards.
