What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for assigned patients, families, and physicians
• guide patients through enrollment, eligibility review, treatment preparation, delivery, and follow-up
• handle sensitive non-clinical conversations and route clinical questions to medical professionals
• collect records and coordinate consent paperwork, samples, shipping, travel, and scheduling
• maintain confidential records and trackers
• document and improve patient coordination processes.
