What you'll do

• Gather and interpret pre-admission and clinical information
• respond to patient, family, and referral calls
• verify insurance coverage and preliminary payer status
• maintain accurate patient records and admission data
• conduct financial interviews and collect relevant documentation
• coordinate with departments and referral sources
• prepare statistical reports.
