The Executive Director role is onsite in Bellevue, WA. Salary is $130,000–$160,000 per year. The Sophia Way provides shelter, outreach, transitional housing, and supportive services for women experiencing homelessness. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director leads organizational strategy, operations, fundraising, and fiscal oversight. The role aligns programs and resources with the mission of helping women build pathways to stability, self-sufficiency, and dignity.

What you'll do

• Work with the Board and staff to implement shared vision and strategy
• develop policies, programs, goals, and work plans
• represent the organization in the community
• lead fundraising and marketing
• steward donors and oversee grant processes
• develop budgets and oversee financial performance and compliance
• guide programs, operations, and human resources
• support Board governance and reporting.
