What you'll do

• assist with maki, nigiri, and sashimi under a chef’s direction
• portion, label, and store ingredients
• follow recipes and food-safety procedures
• monitor stock
• and clean and sanitize the station and equipment. Flexible scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
