What you'll do

• Provide Level II help desk and field support
• set up printers and diagnose internet issues
• assist engineers with network deployments
• use ticketing systems, antivirus and malware software, Microsoft Office, Windows 11, Active Directory, remote monitoring systems, and remote support tools
• support clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise organizations. A current driver’s license, clean driving record, dependable transportation, U.S. citizenship, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
