Full Stack Developer / AI Platform Engineer

The Full Stack Developer / AI Platform Engineer role is onsite in Greenwood Village, CO. The posted rate is $60–$75 per hour on a W-2 basis. What you'll do

• Build and optimize AI developer harnesses and workflows
• contribute to an internal extension-sharing platform
• design and develop full-stack applications and integrations
• evaluate and implement AI coding tools including Claude Code, Codex, and Kiro
• analyze usage data and develop reporting dashboards and metrics
• lead demos, hackathons, and knowledge sharing to encourage adoption.
