What you'll do

• Provide 24x7 support for Amazon Redshift clusters
• monitor cluster health, availability, and performance
• handle incidents, service requests, and problem management
• participate in on-call rotations
• perform issue triage and root-cause analysis
• provision and configure clusters
• manage upgrades, maintenance, resizing, workload management queues, snapshots, backups, restores, and configuration changes
• support performance tuning, data loads, ETL, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and documentation.
