What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under a BCBA or clinical supervisor
• provide direct ABA therapy in home, community, or clinic settings
• lead and mentor junior behavior technicians
• collect and maintain data on client progress and behavioral targets
• assist clinicians with treatment plan development and modification
• communicate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• follow Level 1 Provider standards and applicable regulations and ethical guidelines.

Why this role
