What you'll do

• Prepare and manage loan documents and payoff quotes
• process verification-of-deposit requests and paid loans
• manage Floor Plan Loan collateral documentation and tracking spreadsheets
• proofread loan document images
• update reports and maintain physical and electronic records
• assist internal customers by phone and email
• review and process specified reports
• support mailings and other department duties
• follow state and federal regulations and bank policies, including BSA-AML.
