The Registered Nurse, Breast Oncology Navigator role is onsite at Northwest Community Hospital’s Infusion Center in Arlington Heights, IL. The hourly pay range is $41.86–$64.88. The role supports Endeavor Health’s Cancer Institute and its system-wide breast cancer navigation program. The nurse coordinates care from diagnosis through treatment and surveillance, helping patients access appointments, diagnostic workups, and support services. The role also establishes consistent navigation workflows, supports site-level navigators, and contributes to quality and accreditation efforts across the health system.

What you'll do

• Lead breast oncology navigation across Endeavor Health sites
• develop standardized workflows, checklists, and patient contact protocols
• coordinate appointments, imaging, surgical consultations, and ancillary services
• identify barriers and connect patients with support resources
• document navigation in the electronic medical record
• mentor and support site-level navigators
• monitor program metrics and contribute to Commission on Cancer accreditation activities.
