VTC Technician, Mid-Level

What you'll do

• Test VTC and conference-room equipment, servers, and workstations
• monitor performance and availability
• troubleshoot equipment and connections and repair or initiate support tickets
• schedule sessions and coordinate reservations with outside agencies
• set up, test, adjust, operate, and shut down equipment
• provide on-site support during core business hours and occasional after-hours support as requested
• train clients
• manage equipment inventory
• draft SOPs
• complete required training and record labor hours
• travel CONUS and/or OCONUS as required.
