Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator is an onsite, part-time role in Latrobe, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. USPack provides same-day delivery logistics for businesses and their customers. The coordinator helps ensure delivery operations meet company goals and customer requirements by monitoring route coverage and timing, coordinating with independent contractors and dispatch, and handling service reporting and administrative follow-up.

What you'll do

• Monitor route coverage, contractor check-ins, and on-time performance
• create and adjust routes to customer requirements
• communicate delays and changes to customers, dispatch, and contractors
• support contractor issues and contracting
• complete service and administrative reports
• follow up on contractor paperwork.
