International Accounts & Anti-Money Laundering Analyst

The International Accounts & Anti-Money Laundering Analyst role is fully remote for candidates in the United States, with compensation of $65,000–$80,000 per year. The role supports the launch and ongoing operation of brokerage accounts for customers outside the United States. The analyst helps design international onboarding policies and then conducts due diligence and casework on non-U.S. individual, entity, and trust accounts. The work supports compliant account onboarding and ongoing risk review in coordination with Compliance, the AML Officer, Product, and Engineering.

What you'll do

• Assist Compliance with international onboarding policies and procedures
• establish country eligibility criteria and product restrictions
• define documentation standards by jurisdiction and account type
• test onboarding workflows with Product and Engineering
• review non-U.S. account applications
• conduct enhanced due diligence and source-of-funds and source-of-wealth reviews
• collect and validate W-8BEN and W-8BEN-E documents
• review sanctions, PEP, and adverse media alerts
• investigate transaction monitoring alerts and prepare escalations
• conduct periodic reviews of higher-risk accounts.
