• Perform scheduled maintenance and mid-level repairs involving brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
• diagnose and repair drivability issues under supervision when needed
• use diagnostic equipment
• communicate repair needs and time estimates to service advisors
• maintain repair orders and dealership processes
• keep the work area clean and safe
• continue technical development through Ford and ASE training.
