The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Quincy role is onsite in Quincy, IL. Pay is $18 per hour. High Point Residence Quincy is seeking CNAs to provide resident-centered care that supports residents’ dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being. The CNA assists residents with daily living activities, monitors and documents vital signs, and reports changes to nursing staff. The role works with nurses and other team members to maintain safe, clean surroundings and follow infection-prevention and resident-care protocols.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
• monitor and document vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• provide emotional support while promoting dignity and independence
• maintain accurate documentation
• keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and comfortable
• collaborate with nurses and other team members
• follow infection-prevention, safety, and resident-care protocols.
