The work supports safe, quality tire production through careful inspection, machine operation, and adherence to process requirements.

What you'll do

• Inspect worn tires for defects and retread suitability
• operate buffing equipment
• measure tires to determine tread width
• build rubber treads onto casings
• operate curing equipment
• inspect for curing defects
• trim and paint finished retreads
• repair defective tires
• perform final inspections and cut tread designs
• maintain tread rubber and repair material stock.
