SAP Business Systems Analyst, HCM Payroll

The SAP Business Systems Analyst, HCM Payroll role is onsite five days a week in the Savannah/Ellabell, GA area. The base salary range is $76,300–$100,000 per year. The analyst maintains and improves SAP HCM, U.S. Payroll, and Time Management solutions to support accurate, compliant payroll and workforce administration. The role translates business needs into system solutions and works with HR teams, global partners, and users on support, testing, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Maintain and enhance SAP HCM, U.S. Payroll, and Time Management
• support accurate biweekly payroll and employee setup
• gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
• write functional specifications and facilitate workshops
• resolve incidents and defects
• monitor interfaces and data replication
• manage enhancements
• prepare integration tests and support user acceptance testing
• document processes and configurations
• collaborate with global HR teams and service providers.
