CNC Swiss Machinist, Operator / Setup Operator

What you'll do

• Operate CNC Swiss machines
• load raw material and monitor machine performance
• inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and comparators
• interpret blueprints and work instructions
• make minor tool-wear offsets
• troubleshoot machine or tooling issues
• perform setups and tooling changes
• load programs and verify first articles
• optimize cycle times
• and follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
