Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager is a hybrid role in New York, NY, with four days in the office and one remote day each week. The manager will establish and operate people processes across recruiting, onboarding, career development, culture, and HR operations. The work is intended to strengthen the employee experience and provide the people infrastructure for Raycon’s next stage of growth.

What you'll do

• Own recruiting from role scoping through offer acceptance
• design onboarding
• build career tracks and promotion frameworks
• drive in-office culture initiatives
• manage performance reviews, compensation benchmarking, and engagement
• develop people KPIs and headcount planning
• manage external recruiting partners
• advise employees and leadership on people matters.
