What you'll do

• Provide Tier I and Tier II support by phone, remote tools, electronic communications, tickets, and in person
• document, prioritize, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests
• troubleshoot workstations, operating systems, applications, peripherals, printers, connectivity, and access
• support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, accounts, and permissions
• image, configure, deploy, and update devices
• issue and track equipment
• verify resolution before closing tickets
• escalate complex issues
• provide status updates
• maintain user-support documentation
• assist with onboarding and workstation deployments
• report suspected cybersecurity incidents.
