What you'll do

• Provide psychiatric nursing services across residential, crisis, and community programs
• collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and care teams
• conduct psychiatric and health assessments, screenings, AIMS testing, and ongoing monitoring
• support medication administration and pharmaceutical management under clinical oversight
• respond to emergencies and crises
• participate in treatment planning, care coordination, and referrals
• maintain timely documentation and HIPAA compliance
• participate in audits, reporting, meetings, and quality initiatives
• may supervise and coach LPNs
• participate in assigned on-call coverage.
