What you'll do

• Lead and support the restaurant team in table service
• help create a welcoming guest atmosphere
• open and close the restaurant and complete checklists
• coordinate staffing, supplies, and daily operations with management and the kitchen
• address guest concerns
• serve food and beverages
• maintain bar stock
• take orders and recommend menu items
• prepare beverages
• follow alcohol-service requirements
• enter orders in the POS
• process transactions and secure funds
• keep restaurant and bar areas clean and organized.
