What you'll do

• Provide personal hygiene and activities-of-daily-living support
• record vital signs and care documentation
• assist with transfers and mobility
• provide catheter and ostomy care
• give medication reminders
• prepare meals and monitor nutrition
• provide dementia and Alzheimer’s care, post-hospitalization support, companionship, and emotional support
• report health changes to the supervising registered nurse.
