What you'll do

• Navigate construction drawings and specifications
• develop scopes of work and bid tabulation sheets
• prepare accurate takeoffs, detailed estimates, and proposals
• perform site visits and attend prebid meetings
• communicate with owners, engineers, and vendors
• obtain competitive supplier and subcontractor pricing
• gather project interest from subcontractors and suppliers by phone and email.
