What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care, assessments, treatment planning, and medication administration
• monitor and document resident progress
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• maintain accurate records
• mentor and guide LPNs and CNAs
• ensure compliance with regulations, infection control, safety protocols, and resident rights
• respond to medical emergencies
• participate in rotating weekend, night, and holiday calls.
