Field Manager, Construction Services

The Field Manager, Construction Services role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, with pay of $27–$30 per hour. Miner provides equipment and service solutions, including maintenance and installation support for customers’ warehousing and materials-management operations. The manager coordinates installation and new-construction projects for loading docks and commercial door equipment. The role organizes field work, vendors, job-site preparation, safety, and quality so projects are completed effectively for customers.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with sales and service teams
• plan and direct installation and construction activities for material-handling equipment projects
• attend project and job-site meetings
• conduct site walks and surveys and measure sites
• manage general contractors and vendors for work quality
• complete punch lists
• deliver parts and supplies to job sites as required
• manage paper and digital work orders
• conduct hazard assessments and maintain safe work practices and quality control
• follow company and OSHA safety rules.
