What you'll do

• Welcome members, prospects, and guests
• conduct studio tours and explain membership options, programs, and benefits
• pursue sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation
• build local community relationships
• support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates
• maintain member records and documentation
• process cash and card transactions
• respond to member inquiries and concerns and escalate as appropriate
• support marketing, social media, community events, and studio activations
• maintain a clean and organized studio
• participate in team meetings and training.
