What you'll do

• Develop and execute global tax strategy
• monitor tax legislation and regulatory developments
• advise on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and expansions
• lead worldwide income tax accounting and SEC reporting
• oversee global tax returns, tax provisions, controls, and SOX support
• lead international tax planning and transfer pricing
• manage legal entity structure, tax risks, audits, external advisors, and tax technology initiatives
• lead and develop the global tax team.
