Parking Structure Superintendent – Structural Concrete

The Parking Structure Superintendent – Structural Concrete role is a full-time onsite position in Reno, NV, with a salary range of $130,000–$145,000 per year. The superintendent leads field execution on a major parking structure construction project. The role manages day-to-day structural construction operations, coordinates trades and concrete activities, and keeps work safe, efficient, and on schedule. It contributes to project delivery through planning, field coordination, quality oversight, safety leadership, and resolution of constructability issues.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day field operations
• coordinate cast-in-place and post-tensioned concrete, tilt-up panels, reinforcing steel, embeds, structural systems, and finishes
• plan concrete placements, sequencing, manpower, equipment, logistics, inspections, and trade coordination
• develop daily and weekly work plans
• participate in look-ahead and critical-path planning
• review drawings and construction documents
• identify constructability concerns and field conflicts
• coordinate inspections and testing
• maintain daily reports and progress records
• enforce safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and scope requirements.
