What you'll do

• Prepare and cook Japanese-inspired dishes according to recipes and standards
• work on the hot line, grill, or other assigned stations
• execute orders accurately and consistently
• maintain knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and presentation
• keep kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
