The Business Development Manager — Commercial Accounts role is onsite in Erie, PA; compensation is $60,000–$80,000 per year. Life Science Connect builds platforms that connect life science professionals and organizations to support collaboration and the advancement of therapies. The manager converts qualified prospects into new client partnerships, leading discovery, solution presentations, and contract negotiations. The role owns the mid-stage-to-close portion of the sales cycle and works with sales development, marketing, and client success teams to support acquisition and onboarding.

What you'll do

• Convert qualified opportunities into new client partnerships
• lead discovery meetings, solution presentations, and contract negotiations
• manage a pipeline of early-stage life science companies
• coordinate with sales development representatives on qualification and handoffs
• collaborate with marketing and client success on onboarding
• maintain CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
• contribute to go-to-market strategy.
