Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant role is onsite in Mansfield, TX. Compensation is $70,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports Sentrimax Centrifuges’ finance function across its Canadian and U.S. operations. The accountant manages core accounting processes, including receivables, job costing, inventory, fixed assets, and close activities. Accurate multi-entity and cross-border records and reporting help strengthen financial controls and support operational decisions as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and reporting
• maintain job-cost records and analyze project profitability
• oversee inventory accounting and reconcile physical counts to the general ledger
• maintain fixed-asset records and calculate depreciation
• support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and audit requests
• process CAD and USD transactions and support intercompany reconciliations
• support applicable Canadian and U.S. tax compliance
• improve accounting workflows, controls, reporting, and process documentation.

Why this role
